To raise, care for and specifically train an assistance/service dog costs approximately $25,000-$30,000.

*$25 can provide a collar and leash for a puppy/dog * $75 per month can cover food & Vet bills for a dog  * $100 can provide a large/X-large crate for a dog

PurposeFULL Paws is a nonprofit corporation so we rely entirely on the generosity of individual donors, corporate donors and grants to fulfill our mission to increase the independence of individuals with disabilities.

        We appreciate any amount received toward the cause of PurposeFULL Paws! Your generous contributions allow us to continue training these wonderful dogs!!

If you would like to sponsor a specific dog in training, just type the dog’s name in the “add a note” when you are checking out and we will credit your donation toward the raising and training of that specific dog**

**If for any reason a sponsored dog is unable to complete our program and become a Service/Assistance Dog- we will contact the sponsor and allow them to choose another dog to sponsor- if none is chosen – all donated funds will go toward raising and training the dogs currently in the PurposeFull Paws program**

 

Supplies you can donate:

  • Gift Cards- Petsmart, Petco, Chewy.com, Lowe’s, Walmart, Staples
  • Dog cots  (for large dogs)
  • Dog beds (for large dogs)
  • Dog crates (plastic enclosed crates- Varikennel, Petmate etc.- for large dogs)
  • Leather leashes- 6 ft or longer
  • Nylabones (non-edible/plastic)
  • Kong Toys
  • Jolly Balls, Buster Cubes, any puzzle feeders
  • Dog Food (call us at 304-229-0851 for brand, amount etc.)
  • Dog Treats- Pet Botanics Training Reward 3 calorie treats, Red Barn
  • Cleaning- laundry detergent, bleach, Lysol spray, wipes, paper towels
  • Bedding for crates- bath towels, sheets, blankets
  • Newer versions of IPads or other computers and printers
  • Paper for copier/printer – white letter size (regular and 3-hole punched)
  • Stamps, postage
